Debbie has background as a senior HR generalist with experience across FMCG manufacturing, supply chain, retail, public sector and support service organizations. She has led and supported significant business change projects in the UK and internationally and developed a strong background in change management, employee engagement, organization development as well as generalist HR Management practice.

Debbie is currently studying towards an MSc in Business and Occupational Psychology at Kingston University.

Ray’s experience has been predominantly in the public sector, where over many years he has had significant management roles in front-line offices with ultimate authority in respect of all business aspects, including staff management, customer engagement and budgetary control. In other assignments he has had more strategic roles and policy responsibilities, especially in relation to HR processes. Over the past ten years he has gained considerable non-executive experience, having chaired or been a member of regional and national boards responsible for the provision of services in a range of disciplines. His consulting experience includes investigating serious allegations of misconduct, and providing assistance and assurance in the public and retail sectors on a variety of subjects.
